Personal Accident Insurance Coverage of up to ₱50,000*

This coverage includes:

• Loss of life due to an accident
• Accidental injuries causing permanent disability
• Accidental injuries resulting in being permanently bedridden
• PRIMA members aged 0 to 99** at the time of enrollment

*For PRIMA prepaid healthcare cards activated from January 15 to June 14, 2026: coverage is up to ₱10,000 for members aged 0 to 69 years old only.

**For cards activated starting June 15, 2026: coverage is up to ₱50,000 and extended to members aged 0 to 99 years old.

How to Activate your PRIMA Elite by MaxiHealth

After your purchase, you need to activate your PRIMA Elite eCard or physical card the Reference Code before you can avail the benefits.

The membership registration period is up to three (3) months from the date of purchase.
